L'Estudiantes Madrid a remporté son duel face à Morabanc Andorra non sans frayeur... (87-85).
Lorsque sonnait la fin du 3ème quart, pour tout le monde, la cause était entendue. L'Estudiantes menait de 21 pts (74-53). Andorra va cependant faire frissonner l'assistance Madrilène en posant dans la balance un 22-3 pour revenir à -2. Sur la dernière action, le banc de Morabanc demandera une faute à 3 pts... qui ne sera pas obtenue !
Edwin Jackson (photo) est encore une fois au top avec 24 pts - 10 rebonds - 4 passes - 24 d'évaluation, Ali Traoré 10 pts - 7 rebonds en 19 minutes. En face, Andrew Albicy 5 pts - 3 rebonds - 5 passes - 6 de notation.
